Rocinante High School (RHS) Counselor Karen Morrison visited our class today  and shared her love of literature and how she utilizes bibliotherapy and counseling with books. While we lunched at Boones Thai Restaurant, Karen discussed how she uses pictures books (as books that teach) and the collabration with Farmington Public Library and book talks with RHS students.

Karen mentioned Books that Heal Kids as a useful resource.
